Cold Water: 10 tbsp (1/2 cup +2 tbsp) or 147 mL
Baking Powder: 2 tsp
Corn Starch: 1/2 cup or 65 g
Flour: 3/4 cup or 105 g
Veg. Oil: 2 tbsp
