RECIPE:

For every 1.2kg of Pork Belly:

1/2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
3.5 tsp Salt ( for marinating )
2 tsp Sugar ( which I didn’t add )
1/2 tsp Five Spice Powder
1/3 tsp White Pepper Powder
